Symptoms of Sugar Withdrawl ??

hi... :o) i posted a question the other day about being addicted to chocolate calcium chews, thank you all for your answers and suggestions... now, i am OFF the dumb calcium chews, and have switched to the proper calcium suppliment, but i think i'm experiencing sugar withdrawl... question: what are the symptoms of sugar withdrawl? and are there any suggestions for making this easier? thanks!
