Pureed foods, must EGGS be pureed??

Hi gang, I'm amost 4 wks post-op & have searched the library but couldn't find and answer. I see you can eat eggs but must they be pureed? And which is the suggested way to cook them for pureeing??? Also with canned refried beans, do you pour of that liquid before heating them? Thanks
