Lipo of Thighs

Anyone who had a TT and lipo on hips and flanks, I would like to know if you can see a big differance in you hips from the lipo? I'm having a hernia repair and TT covered by HealthNet on Dec. 9th, The hips have been denied, so for $3,500 he'll do lipo on hips does that cover any flab on my sides or back? How's does that price sound? My hips aren't any more out of wack than the rest of me. If I don't have the lipo will my skin sag more??? Thanks all, Sandi May 20, 02 -170 lbs
