VBG/478lbs...anyone out there my size

Im having my VBG on Sept. 16 '03..Is there anyone out there that is or has been my size that can give me some pointers on their weight loss history and any hints on making my journey as successful as they have made thiers? Would like to hear from VBG people but anyone my size i would love to hear your storys also. Thank you
