What is the revovery period for having Breast Implants and generally what is the cost

I am considering having breast implants. I am very embarrased by their appearance after weight loss. I started at a 42D and have only gone down to a 36C but they just hang. And God forbid, should I try and lean over!!! I took off work for 3 wks with my open RNY and really don't want to ask for another couple of weeks off. How soon can I return to work after this type of surgery and generally how much did it cost paying out of pocket? THANKS
