1199 member in need of a plastic surgeon

In 1998 I had a breast reduction, at first I thought it was great. Until it started healing and I realized that my nipples were not centered and the drains that were on the sides had left very visible pouches in my skin! I have just found out that this doctor has lost his license to practice (for unknown reasons)!
