Would a history of chiropractic visits help me in getting approval ??

I am 6 1/2 months post op and within 10 pounds of my goal weight. I have excess skin in many areas, but the ones that I just have the most difficulty are the pannus and the breast/underarm area. My arms themselves are livable, but the skin that hangs over my bra and my breasts themselves are causing me some considerable back pain. I am considering a breast lift w/ a mini arm lift (in the armpits) and abdominoplasty next summer. My PCP and surgeon are already documenting my discomfort in my records. I am considering going back to the chiropractor for some temporary relief from the back pain. Has anyone found this type of medical intervention/documentation helpful in building a case for their insurance co?? The chiropractor is a personal friend and the plastic surgeon is a cousin. I will be in terrific hands if the approval goes through. I am nervous altogether about the surgeries as I have not been impressed with the "artistic" part of the work I have seen on others lately. I want my scars to be covered when I am wearing clothing and not visible to others for he most part. Just was curious about the value of a chiropractor's input. Thanks!!!
