Does anyone know where I can order sublingual multiple vitamins?

I am awaiting approval from the insurance company and am looking into vitamins and minerals.I found liquid calicium,sublingual B12,chewable vitamin C, and liquid iron.I am now looking for multiple vitamins that melt under your tongue.I want to be prepared and I do not want anything to keep me from taking my vitamins!!
