Does anyone else do this
Every month is the same. I guess my body is in a pattern.. the week before my monthly and the week of is when I loose all the weight I am going to loose for the month.. Then the 2 weeks after I dont loose anything in fact sometimes my weight goes up and down 2-5 pounds but when it comes around to loosing it looses it what it gains then 8-10 pounds... Am I alone?
