Has any patients out here had Surgery w/ Dr. Waxman in Santa Barbara?

I am looking to communicate with former patients of Dr. Waxman's here in Santa Barbara County, Calif. I have heard may scary things about him and would like to research him further before considering him and I noticed there were no posts by patients he has preformed WLS on. And the only post under his name is another scared person, that as heard bad things. Please email me to help me make a decision.
