If Tricare pd for RNY will they pay for tummy tuck?

I had open RNY on 03-03-03 coverd my tricare. I am now down 95 pounds and 20 from mygoal. Since tricare paid for the open RNY shouldnt they pay for the tummy tuck as well? I am wanting to have the surgery done around Christmas time. Any help would be great!
