DIET PILLS Post Op: Has anyone tried pentabasol??

I am up and down on my weight, and feeling frustrated...i have 42lbs to lose still and i need some help losing it, i just wanted to know if taking things like dexatrim natural,or pentabasol or any others that might help jumpstart my weightloss would help and are they safe i just need a jump on it ...any suggestions would be appreciated... thanks open rny 8/14/02 261.5/159/119-126
