Has anyone else had a pulmonary embolism?

I was 11 days post op when I was diagnosed w/a blood clot to my lungs. I am doing better now. I was wondering how many other people have gotten them? Does it affect your ability to exercise? How does it affect (or does it) your weight loss? Will I have long term health issues? Can I fly a plane for a 4-5 hour flight? I am currently on Coumadin and will be for the next 6 months. I get my blood thickness level checked very frequently and right now it is pretty thin. Thanks for your help!
