Any plastic surgeons who specialize with weight loss patients?

I live in Michigan and have found ONE plastic surgeon who has training with patients who have lost alot of weight. Most others claim to specialize in all areas, which makes my eyebrow quirk up into my hair. I'm willing to travel and just need help in findin a proper surgeon.
