Information about Ensenada, Mexico Plastic Surgeon

I know many people are going to Mexico for their WLS, as I did. I also know many are looking for options south of the border when they are ready for Plastic Surgery. I just found a doctor who is practicing at the same hospital as my WLS surgeon in Ensenada, Mexico. This man was trained in Paris, France and now practices in Ensenada, Mexico.
