Help! new job new insurance.......Aetna!

I am relocating to New Jersey and will have a new insurance (Aetna)I currently have CareFirst Blue Cross and am post-op 15 weeks with no problems with insurance. My question is how will the switch affect me? and is there anyone who has had plastic surgery with open access Aetna?
