Does anyone else out there have a lot of hunger at about 18 months post op?

Hi, I'm almost 18 months post op and lately i've experienced a lot of hunger, more than I have since my gastric by pass. I am about 5 lbs from goal but I am concerned about not overeating and gaining . Has anyone out there at about the same post experienced this, and how did you deal with it. Are you going to a support group? Any information would really help. Thank you in advance.
