Tricare Prime pay for brachioplasty?

I'm 3 months post-op and down 60 pounds. 40 more to goal. My upper arms are hanging terribly and I can only imagine what they will look like when I'm at goal. Has anybody had Tricare Prime pay for a brachioplasty? Thanks so much!
