How much should i be able to eat?
Hi, I'm a little over 4 weeks out and I feel like a giant pig! I can eat an entire lean cuisine dinner without being over full, or an entire wheat tortilla with hummus and not be stuffed! I've never thrown up, I don't let it get that far. I also haven't lost any weight in a week. I feel like a pig and a failure. How much should I be eating? Am I eating too much?
