I had Aetna for LAP RNY changing Insurance because of job to BCBS

Want to get TT and maybe upper body lift. Has anyone else changed insurance and had plastic surgery approved? I mean as far as TT? And with BCBS. Thanks for any input you can give me. My insurance cards haven't even come yet so I'm trying to get some knowledge ahead of time.
