Researching addtional Phoenix area surgeons

I'm helping a friend find a surgeon. She would like to stay with family in the Phoenix area and recuperate. There are not very many surgeons in the database for this area. I would appreciate the input of any additional surgeons that you know of in that area to pass on to her. Thanks.
