Can anyone share their experiences on getting BCBS to pay for TT and breast lift?

I have BCBS Community Blue PPO and want to know if anyone has had difficulties in getting their tummy tuck approved? How long did it take for a decision from BCBS? Anyone had success getting a breast lift approved? Thanks in advance for any help you may provide.
