What can cause blurred vision?

At this moment I am 3 months post-op and today I had blurred vision. I also am lightheaded and a bit nausous. I have not been eating much and was wondering if I should see my pcp or my eye doctor? Would anyone know what could be causing this? Could it be low blood pressure? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
