I'm 19 mos. post-op & having pain.

Sometimes - only sometimes - after eating I get a pain, or more like a cramp, just below my waist on the left side. I've had so much surgery over the years that I'm down to vital organs (LOL), so it's not ovaries, appendicitis, or anything like that. Any ideas, lovelies?
