I need no fridge <100 calorie protein snacks...any ideas?
I often head out for the day around 12:00 p.m. after having lunch. I won't return until dinner time and will spend most of that time walking at the beach, driving to errands, etc. I need non-refrigerated high protein items with less than 100 calories. Nuts are 200 cals, protein bars (the ones I like) are 150, etc. Any other ideas? Thanks, guys. P.S. I'm 7 weeks post op and eat any type of protein except meat. Thanks a million!
