What should I ask my surgeon about getting the tummy, arms, legs and breast done

I'm seeing the surgeon who did my WLS tomorrow and I wanted to start getting started for plastic surgery on my tummy, and maybe arms , legs and breast later. What should I ask the doctor tomorrow and how should I get it all started? Thanks for any advice you could give me.
