How much more weight can you expect to loose after a tummy tuck?

I am having my TT this Friday and I have been on a plateau for 2 mos. now. I have lost over 170lbs since August which I'm really greatful for but to see the scale move alittle more down will be great! I have been exercising like crazy ,increasing protein and drinking lots of water. My body must be getting use to the loss. Will the scale start moving again after a TT and how much can you loose from the surgery? Thanks for your responses, Beth
