Any decent candy substitutes?

I have a serious sweet tooth- not so much for chocolate, but for the really sugary stuff like gummy bears and Starbursts and things like that. I'm still pre-op, but supposing I have problems with sugar, has anyone found a good substitute or sugar free candy that might satisfy my cravings? Thanks!
