I believe I can each too much food to be 7 weeks out . . .
For instance, today for lunch I had the Chicken Bowl from Taco Bell with no beans and no rice. Basically, it was a cup or lettuce maybe 1/2 c. of chicken and a sprinkle of tomatoe and cheese. My typical daily diet is a protein shake for breakfast, a little bit of salad and chicken for lunch, some pork rinds for a snack and then a protein shake for dinner. What are you eating?
