Taste of Chicago Post-op, Go or what?

I'm now post-op 4 mos. The taste opens in June, I'll then be over 6 months out. Now I can walk farther. Should I consider going or not? Has anyone else gone as a post-op? Did you try a bite of this and that or just walk around and sniff? Is it worth the price?
