Pulse in Abdomen

Just a quick question for long term post ops. I have lost 150 pounds now and am actually under my goal. Has anyone experienced a pulsating abdomen as you have gotten skinnier? I don't have any pain now, a few weeks ago I did, but that quit. Just this morning I noticed the pulse. Any help would be appreciated.
