Seeking info on insurance coverage for thigh reduction and large vein.

I had surgery 8-19-02. I have lost 162 pds since then. I have a large incisional hernia and I'm having surgery in May along with a TT. I have been exercising 5 days a week, doing cardio and weight training. My inner thighs are deflated looking (loose skin). I also have enlarged veins all over my legs from when I was heavy. Has anybody ever got these two things covered by their insurance and if so how didi they do it? Thanks for all you answers! Beth
