3.5 Weeks Post Op, Feel Full All The Time

I feel overly full all day. I had lap RNY 3.5 weeks ago and I seem to feel full all day long. I usually cannot get in the full 2oz of food for my meals, and I drink water all day, hoping to get enough in. The only time I don't feel full is when I stop eating/drinking for over an hour. Any suggestions on what I can do to be more comfortable?
