Seeking Support Groups in the North Phoenix Area

I am scheduled for surgery 04-23-03 (Yay!!!) and know of a couple groups in the Phoenix area but none that are in my vicinity. Does anyone know of a group that on the north side of town and if not, any other sites I might find one? Thanks!
