3 Months post op- Major musle cramps-

At 3 months post-op I began experiencing sporatic muscle cramping -like charlie horses all over my body, but especially in my calves and feet. I am wondering- is anyone else is having this experience and if anyone knows why or what to do. I DO have an appointment w/ my Dr. and just had blood work done to figure it out, but I'm hoping others may know something. Thanks for your help.
