does 500cc of tissue include excess skin or just the glands material being tAken out?

Also anyone who has bc/bs select blue POS and had plastic surgeries done could you let me know what was covered and if any hassels were given for a tummy tuck and reduction or better yet if you were approved for a lift/reduction?? thank you ..brandy
