I need to know my insurance codes

Someone had already answered this, but I lost my paperwork. I cannot find it in the library. Ok, my procedure codes are 43846 & 43659. I need to know exactly what they are and what they mean. I don't understand proimal and all that. Sorry for sounding stupid. :) Thanks for all of your help.
