Protein question for the posties?

I am about 3.5 months out and wasn't getting in enough protein so I am adding shakes. Didn't like real meals so I am using Proscore 100 which is pretty good. I am down 56lbs, which I feel is average. My question is I don't eat breakfast so I am having a shake as my breakfast. But can you substitue more than one meal a day with a shake. I know the protein intake will be great, but I only do three meals a day, could two be shakes???? Thanks for the advice!
