Hair Loss AGAIN at TEN MONTHS? Is this possible?

I've always lost hair in the shower , I think because of my Synthroid. I lost quite a fair amount of hair post-op, months 4-6. I eventually started to see regrowth (baby hairs along my hairline, thickness). Now, here I am at 10 months and I swear I am losing a lot more than a month or two ago AND my hair FEELS thinner, like it did when I originally started losing. What the heck is going on here? I eat an almost wholly protein diet, plus a protein drink every morning. I am taking my calcium citrate and multi-vites. Has anyone experienced this, or am I completely delusional?
