Approved for Abdominoplasty in two weeks 20lbs from goal...

I am approved for Abdominoplasty. It is scheduled for two weeks from now. I am 20 months post op and still 20 pounds from goal. The weight is still moving but VERY slowly. Should I postpone the abdominoplasty until I am closer? Or will it be okay? All opinions are welcome! Thank you!
