Looking into full-time employment to recieve benefits...

Does anybody know of a nationwide corporation that uses an insurance company that normally approves the surgery? I want to work full-time somewhere starting in January and then get benefits to have the surgery during the summer. I read that Big Lots or Home Depot does...but I'm wondering if there are any others? I'm not sure I'd like to be standing up all day. (Or if anybody knows of something locally in Lubbock, that's good too.)
