what about those carbs
ok i know this has been talked about quite alot but theres so many different opinions..i have seen people say u should limit carbs to around 20 grams a day.. LOL i cant seem to find not one item of food under that much less to be able to only do 20 a day..its pretty depressing if thats what u should limit it to coz that leaves u almost no choice...what were yall told to limit carbs to?
