suggestions for self pay surgeon near Philadelphia?

Hi everyone. My insurance won't pay for my RNY due to policy exclusions. I have tried everything suggested here and am now looking at self pay. Does anyone have a reasonable self pay surgeon/plan they can suggest within a couple hundred miles of Philadelhia? Thanks, Brenda G
