For those of you who were 150 lbs or more overweight, did you lose all of it?
Exactly what IS goal weight? Is that the weight you've always been told you were supposed to be according to those charts? Or is it what your surgeon set for you, or that you personally desired? My surgeon says that I should realistically expect to lose 60 - 85% of my excess weight. But it seems like many have lost 100%. I currently weigh 297 at 5'7. I hope to get down to 150, but am thinking (pesimisticaly) I'll reach around 180 or even 190. That would royally suck. I mean, it would be better than now, by far, but what in the world would prevent me from losing it all??? Anyway, sorry to go on and on, but those of you who were 150 lbs or more overweight, did you lost ALL of it? Thanks! PS my attentive surgery date is for Dec. 3!!! Five days before my 27th birthday! :)
