Can the gallbladder be removed dureing a Lap RNY?

I have read that a gallbladder cannot be removed during Lap RNY. Is this true? When a person just has gallbladder surgery it can be done with Lap procedure. Then why is it said that Lap RNY and gallbladder removal cannot be done at the same time?
