I need some help with REAL MEALS

OK, I ordered some Real Meals after several recommendations. I hate it. I think it is the way I am mixing it. When I tried it just mixed with a spoon, it would not mix...(1/2 pack to 6 oz. liquid). So, I got out my hand mixer and got it to mix, but that put too much air in it and it made me uncomfortable. Several people have mentioned that they mix it to "the consistency of chocolate milk" and I can't seem to get it to do that. Any ideas?? Thanks, Renee D
