Nutralife- Has anyone ever taken these?

I'm 5 weeks post op after any RNY and am currently taking the Centrum chewable, it is totally gross!!! A friend gave me some nutralife vitamins, but I wasn't sure if it was allowed and if anyone else has tried it without any problems. Any info would help. Vi
