Need Post-op protein suggestions for a vegetarian

I am a pre-op with a surgery date of 10/23. I am nearly a vegetarian - eat very little meat, no eggs, eat cheese. I am concerned about getting protein in. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks for all the great help on this site!
