HELP! 5 Months Post Op and Hemmorhoids getting worse

I am 5 months post op and my pre op hemmorhoids are just UNBEARABLY painful and HUGE! I attribute this to the fact that I seem to have chronic diarrhea-or close to it-since the day of my surgery. Can anyone clue me in to possible treatments for this? My doc has prescribed several suppositories and creams that have done absolutely nothing to help. I am starting to think butt surgery is my only hope!
