Why Flinstone Vitamins

I keep reading from many posts that they take Flinstone Vitamins post-op. Is there a particular reason for Flinstone or is it just because they are chewable? The reason I am asking is that I have a wonderful adult chewable multi vitamin that I would like to keep taking post-op, but didn't know if there was something in the Flinstones that made it better than an adult chewable. Anyone have a clue??
